David Marcey (who is a member here at proteopedia) has a nice tutorial of HIV-1 reverser transcriptase, done in JMOL, at his online macromolecular museum.

It would be nice to provide a link to that, at the very least. I'd like to learn more about what Proteopedia hopes to do for each molecule/structure.

Essentially Proteopedia hopes to have a detailed, encyclopedic article describing the structure/function of the protein or biomolecule. You can create a section at the very end of the page, after the References section, called "External Resources" and add external links there.
