PhoB(E)-Sigma70(4)-(RNAP-Betha-flap-tip-helix)-DNA Transcription Activation Sub-Complex
Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 21829166
Function
[RPOD_ECOLI] Sigma factors are initiation factors that promote the attachment of RNA polymerase to specific initiation sites and are then released. This is the primary sigma factor of this bacterium. [PHOB_ECOLI] This protein is a positive regulator for the phosphate regulon. Transcription of this operon is positively regulated by PhoB and PhoR when phosphate is limited.
