L-arabinitol 4-dehydrogenase
Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 20655316
Function
[Q7SI09_NEUCR] Catalyzes the NAD-dependent oxidation of L-arabinitol to L-xylulose in the fungal L-arabinose catabolic pathway. L-arabinose catabolism is important for using plant material as a carbon source. Not active on D-arabinitol, D-sorbitol and D-mannitol.[1]
About this Structure
3m6i is a 2 chain structure with sequence from Neurospora crassa. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
