Retinoblastoma-binding protein (RBBP) are nuclear proteins implicated in the regulation of transcription and differentiation by the retinoblastoma tumor suppressor protein.

  • RBBP1 regulates transcriptional activity.
  • RBBP2 demethylates histone H3 at lysine 4.
  • RBBP5 is involved in methylation and dimethylation of histone H3.
  • RBBP9 blocks the binding of retinoblastoma protein to one of its signaling partners.
