There is a significant distance with the regulatory unit R (halos and ball and stick). The last three residues from exon 1 (residues # 13-15) are the only translated amino acids from first exon of pkaca that were well-structured in this crystal structure. These three residues are also - a second regulator/inhibitor of 'C', as well. This is also obvious from the pdb structure for the , 1atp[2]. 1hdj[3] [4]
