This is a sample scene created with SAT to by Group, and another to make of the protein. You can make your own scenes on SAT starting from scratch or loading and editing one of these sample scenes.

This is a model prepared outside Proteopedia, saved as PNGJ and then dropped into JSmol pane here in SAT: --This does not work

The file was uploaded to Media:Test_1crn.png. That may be loaded into SAT (but it looses the state script) and used to build a scene.
