My Protein binds to
Important amino acids
Structural highlights
My protein is a epethelial adhesin protien binded to a Galactose beta 1-3 N-acetyl-D-Glucosamine, it contains 3 to 5 small alpha helicies and a core of anti parrallel beta sheets. all of the catalytic amino acids bind to the ligand by hydrogen bonds with the ligand itself or metal interaction with Ca+ its also contains a disulfide bond binding two loops together that are crucial in ligand affinity.
Other important features
This is a sample scene created with SAT to by Group, and another to make of the protein. You can make your own scenes on SAT starting from scratch or loading and editing one of these sample scenes.
