• Inserting quoted text in an echo makes the whole scene to fail. Statements like this one is a ticket to failure

echo "Dealkylation ("aging")"; since the Jmol parser is unable to properly pair the nested quotes.

Alex: 1) It is impossible to change the color of molecules, residues, atoms etc - halos disappeared and colors are not changed. In contrast to that, it is possible to change representations - everything OK with the halos.
