Crystal structure of N-terminal domain of EccA1 ATPase from ESX-1 secretion system of Mycobacterium tuberculosis

Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 23818233

Function

[ECCA1_MYCTU] Probably part of a complex that is involved in secretion of ESX-1 substrates, such as EsxA (ESAT-6) and EsxB (CFP-10). Shows ATPase activity. Could provide energy for export of ESX-1 substrates.[1] [2]

About this Structure

4f3v is a 2 chain structure with sequence from "bacillus_tuberculosis"_(zopf_1883)_klein_1884 "bacillus tuberculosis" (zopf 1883) klein 1884. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
