Structure of the Pyrococcus horikoshii CoA persulfide/polysulfide reductase
Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 23530771
Function
[CDR_PYRHO] Acts as a coenzyme A disulfide reductase. Specific for CoA disulfide. Shows a slow NAD(P)H oxidase activity in the presence of high concentrations of substrate-level FAD. This demonstrates that it is not likely to act as an NADH oxidase in vivo.
About this Structure
4fx9 is a 2 chain structure with sequence from Pyrococcus horikoshii ot3. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
