RNA uridylyltransferase (RNAU) catalyzes the addition of uridine to RNA. RNAU acts as a suppressor of microRNA synthesis by mediating its terminal uridylation[1]. For additional details on RNAU-4 see Terminal Uridylyl Transferase.
