Function
[PTN13_HUMAN] Tyrosine phosphatase which regulates negatively FAS-induced apoptosis and NGFR-mediated pro-apoptotic signaling.[1] [RPGF6_HUMAN] Guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for Rap1A, Rap2A and M-Ras GTPases. Does not interact with cAMP.[2] [3]
