Function
[MQNX_DEIRA] Catalyzes the deamination of aminodeoxyfutalosine (AFL) into futalosine (FL). To a lesser extent, can also deaminate 5'-deoxyadenosine, 5'-methylthioadenosine, 2'-deoxyadenosine, adenosine, 1-(6-amino-9H-purin-9-yl)-1-deoxy-N-ethyl-beta-D-ribofuranuronamide (NECA), and S-adenosylhomocysteine.[1]
