[BIOD_MYCTU] Catalyzes a mechanistically unusual reaction, the ATP-dependent insertion of CO2 between the N7 and N8 nitrogen atoms of 7,8-diaminopelargonic acid (DAPA) to form an ureido ring.^[1]
