Collagen is a major sstructural protien. About 25% of everyones body is collagen. Collagen supports the skin and internal organs. Bones and teeth are made up of mineral collagen. It also is a molecular protien that can form cables that strengthen the tendons and vast, resilient sheets that support the skin and internal organs.Collagen is a provider to structure to our bodies, by protecting and supporting the softer tissues and connecting them with the skeleton.
