We apologize for Proteopedia being slow to respond. For the past two years, a new implementation of Proteopedia has been being built. Soon, it will replace this 18-year old system. All existing content will be moved to the new system at a date that will be announced here.
DNase Activity
From Proteopedia
Many Colicins exhibit enzymatic DNase activity as their cytotoxic activity to kill the targeted E. coli cell. The structure shows the DNase domain of Colicin E9 bound to its Colicin Immunity Protein, Im9.
This shows just the DNase domain, as bound to Im9. Here instead shows just the immunity protein.
