Barnase
From Proteopedia
Barnase (BA, 'BActerial" "RiboNucleASE') is a bacterial ribonuclease synthesized and secreted by the bacterium Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The inhibitor barstar (BST) binds to it very tightly and prevents it from digestion of the cell’s RNA.
