Atoms are colored according to their absolute <a href=\\"http://proteopedia.org/wiki/index.php/Help:Color_Keys\\" target=\\"_blank\\">temperature factors/B factors</a>, which estimate the uncertainty for the position of each atom. High confidence (uncertainty values of less than 20) is blue.\

This fixed or absolute temperature color scheme should not be confused with the relative temperature color scheme.\
