Atoms are colored according to their absolute <a href=\\"http://proteopedia.org/wiki/index.php/Help:Color_Keys\\&quot; target=\\"_blank\\">temperature factors/B factors</a>: the uncertainties of their positions. \ High confidence (< 20) is blue; \ low confidence (> 80) is red. \ Intermediate uncertainty (~50) is white.\
