Transport inhibitor response 1 (TIR1) ubiquitin ligase complex is involved in auxin-mediated signaling pathway which regulates roots and hypocotyl growth. The complex regulates auxin/IAA protein degradation and auxin-regulated transcription. For more details see TIR1 ubiquitin ligase and Herbicide 2,4-D bound to TIR1 Ubiquitin Ligase.
