Crystal structure of an Immunoglobulin I-set domain of Lrig3 protein (Lrig3) from MUS MUSCULUS at 1.70 A resolution
Function
[LRIG3_MOUSE] Plays a role in craniofacial and inner ear morphogenesis during embryonic development. Acts within the otic vesicle epithelium to control formation of the lateral semicircular canal in the inner ear, possibly by restricting the expression of NTN1.[1] [2]
About this Structure
3so5 is a 2 chain structure with sequence from Mus musculus. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
