THE NOVEL BETA-PROPELLER OF THE BTB-KELCH PROTEIN KRP1 PROVIDES THE BINDING SITE FOR LASP-1 THAT IS NECESSARY FOR PSEUDOPODIA EXTENSION

Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 19726686

Function

[KBTBA_RAT] Substrate-specific adapter of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins (By similarity). Required for pseudopod elongation in transformed cells.[1]

About this Structure
