Human TWEAK in complex with the Fab fragment of a neutralizing antibody
Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 23667509
Function
[TNF12_HUMAN] Binds to FN14 and possibly also to TNRFSF12/APO3. Weak inducer of apoptosis in some cell types. Mediates NF-kappa-B activation. Promotes angiogenesis and the proliferation of endothelial cells. Also involved in induction of inflammatory cytokines.[1]
About this Structure
4ht1 is a 3 chain structure with sequence from Homo sapiens and Oryctolagus cuniculus. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
