Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 21768126
Function
[NUDT5_HUMAN] Hydrolyzes with similar activities ADP-ribose ADP-mannose, ADP-glucose, 8-oxo-GDP and 8-oxo-dGDP. Can also hydrolyze other nucleotide sugars with low activity.[1]
About this Structure
3aca is a 2 chain structure with sequence from Homo sapiens. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
