Mouse PACSIN 3 F-BAR domain structure

Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 22573331

Function

[PACN3_MOUSE] Plays a role in endocytosis and regulates internalization of plasma membrane proteins. Overexpression impairs internalization of SLC2A1/GLUT1 and TRPV4 and increases the levels of SLC2A1/GLUT1 and TRPV4 at the cell membrane. Inhibits the TRPV4 calcium channel activity.

About this Structure

3qe6 is a 2 chain structure with sequence from Mus musculus. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
