2C/H-2KBM3/DEV8 ALLOGENEIC COMPLEX
Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 11994422
Function
[B2MG_MOUSE] Component of the class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC). Involved in the presentation of peptide antigens to the immune system. [HA1B_MOUSE] Involved in the presentation of foreign antigens to the immune system. [NDUA4_MOUSE] Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed to be not involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone (By similarity).
