Structure complex of LGN binding with FRMPD1

Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 23318951

Function

[GPSM2_MOUSE] Plays an important role in spindle pole orientation (By similarity). Interacts and contributes to the functional activity of G(i) alpha proteins. Acts to stabilize the apical complex during neuroblast divisions. [FRPD1_HUMAN] Stabilizes membrane-bound GPSM1, and thereby promotes its interaction with GNAI1.[1]

About this Structure

4g2v is a 2 chain structure with sequence from Homo sapiens and Mus musculus. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
