Template:ABSTRACT PUBMED 23842500

Function

[CDTB_SALTI] Produces a CDT (cytolethal distending toxin) activity, which causes DNA damage in intoxicated cells. This damage induces G2/M cell cycle arrest, chromatin fragmentation, cell distention and nucleus enlargement.

About this Structure

4k6l is a 7 chain structure with sequence from Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar typhi. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
