Ribosomal protein P0 (RPLP0) is one of the 3 phosphoproteins in the large 60S subunit of the eukaryotic ribosome. RPLP0 is a functional equivalent of E. coli RPL10 protein. RPLP0 monomer forms a pentamer with dimers of RPLP1 and RPLP2.
