The cytogenetic location of the PDX-1 gene (Ipf1) is on the chromosome 13q12.1[1]


The PDX1 gene is located on the long (q) arm of chromosome 13 at position 12.1. More precisely, the PDX1 gene is located from base pair 28,494,167 to base pair 28,500,450 on chromosome 13.
