Deaminase

Deaminase removes an amine group from a molecule. Cytosine deaminase (CDDA) converts cytosine to uracil. Cytidine deaminase (CDDA) converts cytidine to uridine. 5-methylcytosine deaminase (MCDA) produces thymine. Guanine deaminase (GDA) converts guanine to xanthine.
