Ribosomal protein S14 (RPS14) is one of the 22 proteins which belong to the of the bacterial ribosome. It is involved in determining the conformation of 16S RRNA at the A-site. The images at the left and at the right correspond to one representative RPS14, i.e. the crystal structure of Ribosomal protein S14 from Thermus thermophilus (2zm6, chain N).
