• Halohydrin dehalogenase converts halohydrins to epoxide
• L-2 haloacid dehalogenase converts haloacids to hydroxyacid
• 4-chlorobenzoyl CoA dehalogenase converts 4-chlorobenzoyl CoA to 4-hydroxybenzoyl CoA
• Fluoroacetate dehalogenase converts fluoroacetate to glycolate
• Iodotyrosine dehalogenase converts iodotyrosine to tyrosine
• cis- and trans-3-chloroacrylic acid dehalogenase converts 3-chloroacrylate to malonate semialdehyde
