tRNA pseudouridine synthase (PUS) catalyzes the conversion of tRNA uridine to tRNA pseudouridine. PUS are active in the ribosomal large subunit (Rlu) and ribosomal small subunit (Rsu). Probable tRNA pseudouridine synthase (PPUS) is a similar enzyme.
