Function
[ALFL2_ARATH] Histone-binding component that specifically recognizes H3 tails trimethylated on 'Lys-4' (H3K4me3), which mark transcription start sites of virtually all active genes. [DRIP1_ARATH] E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that acts as a negative regulator of the response to water stress. Mediates ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of the drought-induced transcriptional activator DREB2A. Functionally redundant with DRIP2.[1]
