Description: Structure of the translating 80S ribosome from yeast, obtained by docking atomic models for RNA and protein components into a 15A cryo-EM map. This file ???? contains the RNA of the 60S ribosomal subunit. 40S ribosomal subunit, the P-site bound tRNA and the mRNA codon are in file 1K5X. The proteins of the 60S ribosomal subunit are in file 1K5Y.
