WZZE_ECOLI Modulates the polysaccharide chain length of enterobacterial common antigen (ECA). Required for the assembly of the phosphoglyceride-linked form of ECA (ECA(PG)) and the water-soluble cyclic form of ECA (ECA(CYC)).^{[1] [2]}
