This is Mouse Importin alpha- phosphorylated SV40 CN peptide complex. To see spacefill model, Imprtin alpha is　shown in red, and NLS in pink.

Importin alpha binds to NLS-containing proteins and links them to importin beta, the karyopherin ferries the ternary complex through the NPC.
