Comments and grade

Tertiary structure of protein is characterized by the “global” folding of a polypeptide chain [1] and mostly affected by Hydrophobic(purple)(polar(blue)) interaction and hydrogen bonding. i am al little confused-- I see the hydrophilic residues, but are there only three hydrophobic residues? Is this what you meant to convey?
