My research focus on structural studies of cell migration proteins: Understanding how cells move and how aberrations in cell motility influence human disease. Additional research interest include, structure-aided drug design, transcription factors, halotolerant/halophilic proteins, and molecular conformational dynamics.
Currently, Postdoctoral Researcher at the Burnham Institute for Medical Research (La Jola). I earned my PhD in Structural Biology/Biological Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science and received pedagogical training (BS.Ed in physics, chemistry and mathematics) from the Regional Institute of Education (Mysore).
