OLD_THESS An exodeoxyribonuclease that degrades linear or supercoiled dsDNA from 5'-3'. Nicks and linearizes circular DNA. Activity is not stimulated by ATP or AMP-PNP, although it has DNA-stimulated ATPase activity.[1]
