Function
MDH_METJA Catalyzes the reversible oxidation of malate to oxaloacetate. Also catalyzes the reduction of sulfopyruvate, but not pyruvate, nor alpha-ketoglutarate. Higher selectivity for the coenzyme NADPH.[1] [2]
