I am a project student at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. My masters is in Biotechnolgy but during dissertation I came across Flux Balance Analysis which attracted my interest. Now I am working on metabolomics and flux balance analysis. I also contributed in a software package "abcdeFBA" which covers most of the common forms of analysis related to Constraint Based Modeling. The package is written in R and is published on CRAN. [1] Further, I am interested in doing research towards a PhD degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, using computational methods, among other tools. I attended OSCAT-2012 at Chandigarh where I met Dr. Sussman and came to know about Proteopedia which is a very good effort. I would like to contribute to it if I could.
