July 12th, 2022, enzymatic assay data for five 200 𝜇𝐿 samples of varying 2O14 enzyme concentration plotted as absorbance versus time of reaction. The assay measured the hydrolysis reaction in samples containing uniform PNPA concentrations with varying concentrations of 2O14 in PBS buffer, 7.0 pH using a wavelength of 405 nm. The five samples consisted of a blank (no enzyme) alongside 0.00125 mg/mL, 0.0025 mg/mL, 0.005 mg/mL and 0.01 mg/mL concentrations of 2O14.
