Graduate student in Dr. G. P. S. Raghava's lab, Institute of Microbial Technology, Chandigarh, India. I earned my undergraduate degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India and Master's degree in Biotechnology, Thapar University, Patiala, India. I have also done one year Industry Program in Bioinformatics from Bioinformatics Institute of India, Noida and 122 Hrs Infosys Training Program. My current work in on prediction of protein-ligand interaction and protein/peptide secondary and tertiary strucutre predcition. I am also developing a platform for protein-ligand analysis. My other areas of interest are protein-protein interaction analysis using system biology or network biology.
