PDXT_GEOSE Catalyzes the hydrolysis of glutamine to glutamate and ammonia as part of the biosynthesis of pyridoxal 5'-phosphate. The resulting ammonia molecule is channeled to the active site of PdxS.[HAMAP-Rule:MF_01615]
