3L255_OPHHA Binds to muscular and neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) and inhibits acetylcholine from binding to the receptor, thereby impairing neuromuscular and neuronal transmission (PubMed:35341214). Pseudo-irreversibly inhibits twitches in chick biventer cervicis nerve-muscle preparations in a concentration-dependent manner (PubMed:35341214).[1]
