MDTF_ECOLI Part of the tripartite efflux system MdtEF-TolC, which confers resistance to compounds such as rhodamine 6G, erythromycin, doxorubicin, ethidium bromide, TPP, SDS, deoxycholate, crystal violet and benzalkonium.^[1]
