Jmol/Synchronization
From Proteopedia
It is possible to synchronize two or molecules (in two or more Jmols) so that when one is rotated or zoomed with the mouse, the other(s) follow. This utilizes Jmol's sync command. Examples:
- Forms of DNA
- Helices in Proteins
- Interferons (Synchronization is not working on this page as of April 22, 2012 for reasons not evident.)
