Each polymer is colored from amino/5’ to carboxy/3’ ends in a spectral color series. Each series begins and ends with the ends of a covalently-bonded polymer, regardless of chain names in the PDB file. After a gap in a chain (missing residues due to disorder) the spectral series restarts at blue.\
